As the death toll from Myanmar's cyclone skyrockets past 22,000; President Bush called on the country's military junta to let the United States provide disaster assistance.
The United States has made an initial financial contribution, but wants to do much more. In order to do so, the military junta must allow our disaster assessment teams into the country.
